Bromley 0 to 19 service update

The Bromley 0 to 19 Public Health Service offers tailored guidance and support to families and partner services who work with children and young people, through Health Visitors, School Nurses and the Family Nurse Partnership.  Click on the links below to view health and wellbeing information for each age group as well as details of the services we provide.

0-4 years

The 0 to 4 service is for parents and carers of babies and children from birth until just before they start school.

5-10 years

Information for parents and carers of children aged 5 to 10 about all aspects of your child’s health, development and wellbeing.

11-19 years

The 11 to 19 years service offers information for teenagers and young adults on a range of health and wellbeing topics.

Family Nurse Partnership

Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) works with parents aged 24 and under, partnering them with a specially trained family nurse who visits them regularly.
